A: Getting a quote is simple and entirely transparent. You can contact us directly via phone, WhatsApp, or by filling out the contact form on this page. During our initial discussion, please share your design views, preferred size, and your specific budget. We don’t believe in rigid pricing; instead, we work with you to plan a beautiful masterpiece—whether it’s a custom resin wall clock or a preservation block—that fits comfortably within your financial boundaries.

A: When you reach out, please let us know the date of your event and the current condition of your flowers or Varmala. We will guide you on how to courier them safely to our Jabalpur studio. Once your materials arrive, we will inspect them, confirm your design layout, and begin our meticulous crafting process. Please note that our standard order completion time is 3 to 4 weeks. This allows us to properly dehydrate your flowers, execute flawless, bubble-free resin pouring, and ensure the piece is fully cured and polished before shipping it back to you.

A: Our physical creative studio, The Art Galaxy, is located in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, where we handle local consultations and conduct workshops. However, we cater to clients all across India. Distance is never an issue. Our entire ordering system is seamlessly managed through reliable courier networks. You ship your flowers or custom tokens to us, we discuss and craft your project, and we courier the finished, damage-proof package straight back to your doorstep.

A: To maintain high-quality training, we structure our batches carefully. When you contact us to join a masterclass, we will register your name first. Our team will then officially inform you 2 weeks before the classes start with all the necessary schedules and details. This advanced notification gives you ample time to prepare, check your materials blueprint, and arrange your schedule to learn from Shilpa Amit Shrivastava, our MSME Registered Trainer.

A: Once a batch is scheduled, the class time and date cannot be changed. However, we understand that unexpected situations happen. If for any reason you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you can request to be shifted to our next upcoming batch. Please note that the registration amount is strictly non-refundable, except under critical or extreme circumstances which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
